We strive to give you our very best in order to enhance your spa experience with us. We adhere to certain policies to benefit you, our most special guest.
Arrival 15 minutes prior to your treatment is requested, allowing ample time to check-in. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
Cancellation Policy A 24 hour notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. All no- shows and appointments not cancelled before 24 hours prior to scheduled appointments will be charged the full value of the treatments.
Gift Certificates are available for services only and not redeemable if lost or stolen and are non transferable. Our spa reserves the right to convert service based gift certificates to their cash value, equivalent to what was paid for the gift certificate, at our own discretion.
All gift certificate sales are final, with no refunds. If appointment made to redeem your gift certificate is not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, we will be unable to redeem your certificate.
