RETURNS

Relaxation Skin Spa & Acne Clinic products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, provided they have not been opened or used. Bundles and kits must be returned with all original components –

All products returned after 30 days from purchase will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund or exchange. There will be no refunds or exchanges issued after 90 days from purchase date.

Items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly will be replaced or exchanged at no expense to you, provided that claims are made within 7 working days upon receipt of products.
