Moisture Balance Toner is a fragrance-free toner that offers intense moisturization and is a good choice for skin that is dehydrated from using active products or dealing with harsh weather. Key ingredients with moisturizing and hydrating properties include Sodium Hyaluronate, Sodium PCA, Fructooligosaccharies, and Glucosamine (D).
This toner is appropriate for chronically dry or mature skin. It is safe for use on skin prone to all types of acne and can also be used on skin that is not prone to acne.

Directions
Apply with a cotton round pad or a 2 x 2 gauze square pad over entire face. Let dry.

Relaxtion Skin Spa & Acne Clinic skin care products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, provided they have not been opened or used. Bundles and kits must be returned with all original components – individual products within the bundle/kit cannot be returned. There will be no returns accepted without a return authorization number. You can obtain a return authorization number by calling our Orders Department directly at (510) 756-6275.
All products returned after 30 days from purchase will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund or exchange. There will be no refunds or exchanges issued after 90 days from purchase date.
Items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly will be replaced or exchanged at no expense to you, provided that claims are made within 7 working days upon receipt of products.
